Greetings Wildcats! I am the new WGYAA Director of Fundraising. I want to invite all of you to share your ideas, time, and talents with the organization to ensure the success of all of our fundraising endeavors. I am so excited to be a Wildcat and look forward to working and growing with you all. In the last several weeks, I have seen such dedication and hard work in our children at conditioning. It is their progress and future success that drives me to see that every fundraising event is successful and solidifies the presence of our organization within the American Youth Football and American Youth Cheer for years to come. Please feel free to contact me at JK_Samuels@WGYAA.com with any questions or suggestions.

Open and efficient communication between the West Gwinnett Youth Athletic Association and its stakeholders is vital. Please utilize the Parent Huddle tab on the WGYAA.COM website, and follow on Instagram and Facebook to stay informed on all Wildcat happenings. In preparation of the everapproaching game season, we will be utilizing the #GroupMe application as our main source of communication. This will allow coaches to schedule practices and know what players will be in attendance. Parent Meetings will be scheduled through the app and with the ability for parents to RSVP, which will allow us to identify when alternate means of relaying information need to be utilized. We have heard parent concerns regarding the number of notifications on their phone throughout the day utilizing such apps and instructions below will reduce/eliminate sound/vibration notifications. We simply request that once notification settings have been modified that all members check the app periodically to maintain effective communication of information. *Please note that if you do not download the app on your mobile device all messages will convert to standard text messages and you will receive notifications. From the GroupMe home screen touch the menu button Select Settings-> Scroll down to Message delivery -> Turn off all notifications This will mute all notifications

Please remember to make your payment for membership dues. If you need to arrange a payment plan, please call the office or simply stop in. The West Gwinnett Wildcats are truly a family, so please do not allow financial hardship prevent you from communicating with us. Also, please remember that ALL parents/guardians should be signing their child in when being dropped off to the facility for training. Children are not permitted to sign themselves in.
